If after contacting us, you feel that your issue has not been resolved satisfactorily, you can formalize your complaint through our Online Complaints Book. Please submit your complaint to the Online Complaints Book providing all necessary details so that we can understand and resolve your issue.

Information Required to Register Your Complaint:

- Email address
- Phone number
- Detailed description of the problem
- Date of occurrence
- Any other information you consider relevant

Complaints Resolution Process:

Once we have received your complaint, our team will contact you within 10 business days to confirm that we have received your message and to inform you of the next steps. We are committed to reviewing all complaints fairly and impartially, and will keep you informed of the progress of the resolution.
