At Hyappi, our goal is to ensure the complete satisfaction of our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products purchased in our store within a maximum period of 15 calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of the product.

Return Conditions:

- The product must be returned in its original packaging, without signs of use, accompanied by all accessories and manuals, if applicable.

- It is necessary to present the invoice or proof of purchase at the time of return.

- Personalized, custom-made products or products that have been modified in any way at the customer's request are not eligible for return unless they have manufacturing defects.

Return Process:

1. Contact: Before sending the product back, please contact us at vendas@hayppi.pt informing us of the order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide the necessary instructions to proceed with the return.

2. Shipping: The cost of shipping for returning the product is the customer's responsibility, except in cases of proven manufacturing defects.

3. Evaluation:*Upon receiving the product, our team will carry out an evaluation to confirm whether the return conditions have been met.

4. Refund or Exchange: Once your eligibility for a return has been confirmed, you may choose to receive a refund of the amount paid or to exchange the product for another product of equivalent value. The refund will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Exceptions:

- In the event of defective products or incorrect shipping, all return costs will be covered by Hyappi. In addition, the deadline for reporting these cases is up to 7 calendar days after receipt.
